Non Nationality Certificate
The purpose of the Non Nationality Certificate is to confirm that the applicant has not acquired Indian nationality.
Follow the below steps in order to apply
- Create an account (Register yourself) on Alankit Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website. Click Here to register.
- Book your appointment online at Alankit Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website. You can choose a convenient date and time to visit the Alankit ICAC for your application submission. Click Here to book your appointment online.
- Ensure that you have your all other supporting documents, exactly as per the "Documents Checklist" section.
- Visit the Alankit ICAC, as per your jurisdiction. The address and location of the ICAC will be clearly mentioned in the appontment letter.
- Kindly ensure you reach the ICAC 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Submit your application and deposit your fees at Alankit ICAC. You can check the fee for this application under the "Fee Details" section.
- Your application submission process is now complete! You can avail our Courier service to get your attested document(s) delivered to your doorstep!
- While your application is in process, you can track your application to know the current stage of your application process. Click Here to track your application online.
Note: For Postal Applications, follow step 1 and step 2, and then apply for postal application by loggin-in. Click here to log-in. Follow the step-by-step direction to prepare your postal package and send it to the correct Alankit ICAC as per your jurisdiction. Please ensure to attach your proof of payment in your postal package.

Documents Checklist for Non Nationality Certificate:
- Duly filled in Miscellaneous application form. Click Here to download the form.
- Self-attested copy of current Indian passports of both the parents (Front and last page).
- Copy of the Visa / Resident Permit
- Copy of Residence Proof / City Registration (Meldebescheinigung / Anmeldung).
- Payment Proof (in case of Postal Application).
- The applicant must bring one passport-size photo with them, and all documents must be self-attested.
- Print and enclose the duly filled Checklist before submission at Alankit ICAC. Click Here to download the Checklist.

Note: If any additional documents is required based on the application, the applicant have to provide the same.

Note: If fingerprint or facial biometrics, or both, are not required for the selected service, the corresponding biometric charges for these services will be deducted from the total fees payable by the applicant.
