However, the Indian Embassy or Consulate reserves the right to send the documents directly to the applicant, at its sole discretion.

The ICAC reserves the right to select a secure, reliable, and efficient Courier Service for dispatching documents while also allowing the applicant the option to collect the application in person at the ICAC.

Fraudulent Activities and Bogus Employment Offers

We urge all applicants and users to exercise caution and critical judgment when encountering any employment offers that require payment of fees or promise a work visa in exchange for money. Such offers are entirely fictitious and invalid.

Refund Policy

Alankit provides the following refund guidelines for Service Fees and Optional Service (OS) charges:

• Service Fees and Optional Service (OS) charges are refundable if the applicant has not availed of the services and has provided Alankit with due
   prior notice of cancellation.
• Service Fees and Optional Service (OS) charges are refundable if the applicant has been inadvertently charged more than once for the same
   service(s) or has paid an excess amount. Refund requests in such cases must be accompanied by proof of the duplicate or excess charge.
• Service Fees and Optional Service (OS) charges are non-refundable if the services have already been availed by the applicant.
• Refunds of Government of India (GoI) fees will be processed after deducting applicable bank or agency charges, if any, within one month.
• All refunds will be processed in accordance with the local laws of the country where the services are provided, including relevant tax laws such
   as GST, VAT, or other similar indirect taxes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Indian Embassy.
